On August 16, 2017– Chartwell Hospitality today announced their new 10-story, 168-room Hampton Inn & Suites at Capitol View in Nashville. The hotel will be located at 11th and Lifeway Avenues, directly between the new HCA Tower and new LifeWay Headquarters. Chartwell is joint venturing the new hotel with leading investment firm, Rockbridge.
The new, upscale hotel, adjacent to Boyle Investment Company’s new 340,000 SF, 10-story Class A office tower, will feature design ascetics like an expansive glass lobby with high ceilings and 4,000 SF of prominent meeting space, overlooking dynamic and vibrant Capitol View urban streetscape. A rooftop pool and spacious gym provide spectacular views of the Downtown skyline and historic State Capitol building.
